Thus, it is important for those of us who understand the tremendous opportunity given to us here by our supreme creator , master of entire universe, Lord of all there is to make the best of this month. We get chance to reedem ourselves in His Eyes. We get repent and get blessed, are able to reformate our entire self.
Question is whether we know how to go about it?
Actually ramadhan is not a month where we just fast, not eating or drinking.NO!!, it is more than that. It is a month where the blessed prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam received the final Testament from ALLAH swt in the form of revealed Words of Allah. AL-QURANUL KARIM (^_^)

The ramadhan month giving a big chance to all slave to stop and contemplate, to look inward and out, it is time to set out goals. We should ask ourselves what we want to achieve this month..something we will carry into our futures…
The gratitude to ALLAH swt who giving the most memorizing night which is only in ramadhan month where it is a powerful night equally 1000 night of ‘ibadah. The holy Quran contains a short surah particular dedicate to Lailatul Qadar. Surah Al-qadar is the 97th surah and consist of five verses. However this short verses carry great meaning and guidance. They tell us all we need to know about the essence and spirit of lailatul Qadar.
As phrophet Muhammad swt said Lailatul Qadar night fall sometime within the last 10 days of ramadhan.
Worship during this night can take on many form. Here are a few suggestion to help you through lailatul Qadar.
• Plan ahead if you are working. If you are going to spend a night awake in worship, book the following day off.
• Take regular break during the night to avoid getting over exhausted. Try switching between different form of worship instead.
• Perform ‘tikaf (seclusion in a mosque for worship) if possible, take a vacation for the last 10 days of ramadhan. If you cannot stay at you local mosque ask family or friends to help out during your ‘itikaf at home. If you cannot spend all 10 days in ‘itikaf, then do as many day as you can, even is only one day.
• Increase the recitation of the Al-Quran and reflect on the meaning of the verses, especially the verses used in solat. This will help you to concentrate.
• Increase in solat (prayer)
• Find out if there are any event organised, and take ur family along.
• And goes to the endless (apa yang fikir baik dilakukan even if we are sedekah it seem we had sedekah for 1000 night..it is right..^_^
Doing all above activities may be to much to do throughout the night but is far better than social gathering and meaningless talk that we stay awake for.

One of the miracle of Islam is the month of ramadhan, a month in which we can cleanse oureselve, not only in the spiritually, but physically as well. Ramadhan is a time worship, but physical ailment can sometimes cause us to lose our spiritual focus. Here is some useful advice on how to avoid common problem that occur during ramadhan.
‘DETOX’ yourself!!
DETOX is meaning The Detoxification or removing the toxicity of body content (Something like that lah!). If you are in the habit of drinking several cup of tea, coffee (Radix, jantan, tongkat ali, power root…ext) other drinks that contain caffeine which is addictive and can cause severe headaches on withdrawal.
If you are a smoker, start cutting down the amount you smoke one to two week before Ramdhan. Ramadhan is an ideal month to stop smoking completely

- Eating complex carbohydrates for suhur will help you fast without feeling too hungry. Examples of complex carbohydrates are muesli, bran-rich cereals, whole meal or brown bread, beans, lentils, etc.
- Soups can be an excellent source of slow-burning food and protein, especially if made from barley and wheat;
- Dates are an excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium;
- Almonds are rich in protein and fibre and are not fatty. Ground almonds and milk make a healthy drink;
- Bananas are a good source of carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium.
- Eat oven-grilled samosas rather than fried samosas.
- Soups can be an excellent source of slow-burning food and protein, especially if made from barley and wheat;

What to Drink
Drink as much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar and bedtime so that your body can adjust fluid levels for the next day.
What to Avoid
- Fried and fatty foods should be avoided, they cause indigestion, heartburn, weight problems and blood circulation problems;
- Spicy foods and sauces;
- Foods containing too much sugar and refined carbohydrates;
- Overeating at suhur and iftar;
- Caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, etc.; dan banyak lagi lah!...

The last but not least, Ramadhan’s School had formed good internal patient and faith to the believer. When the challenge or ‘Musibah’ happen to us, as a muslim, they are teach to remember of ALLAH..not only absolutely depend on the medicine, doctor, human, ‘pawang’ and so on.. Only healing by ALLAH who Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim..
